21 Prompts to find your LIFE STory

Each week, I am bumping into new friends who want to start writing their Life Stories. With this in mind, I’ve designed a download for you called, “21 Prompts for Finding your Life Story.”  This little booklet affords you a viable method of locating the most powerful memories to write about.

Many times, people ask me how I accessed my memories with such detail. True, it is a mental exercise. Most often I was taking a walk and went back in time in my mind to a particular place and time.

I went straight to a powerful memory. This could be either positive or negative, happy or sad. In any case, it was an INTENSE moment of my life.

Lately, I’m writing about our years living in rural South Dakota where we settled for a few years before we went off to Mongolia. These memories are buried deeper and yet are loaded with meaning. I un-bury about one “scene” per week. It is exhausting.

Here’s a pdf download for you to print out in color ink, fold in half and you have a little booklet with 21 Prompts to help YOU to get started.
